I am bringing it back, to help keep me motivated and keep me honest and on track. For those of you who are new or may not know, Strong for 23 was something that started over on Alan's blog, but basically, it's committing to work out or getting some activity at least 23 times in a month.
And so here is how I started out the month of May....
And I promise you I will finish Strong for 23.... I'm already 5/5 ;-)
